Hi there, I am Pamela!

My journey into wellness did not begin in a yoga studio.
It began in motherhood.

In the late 90’s, my oldest son was struggling with sensory issues and challenges that required my full attention. As I searched for ways to support him, I also found myself navigating exhaustion, overwhelm, and bouts of depression.

What started as a search for answers became a lifelong path of awareness, healing, and learning how deeply connected our body, mind, emotions, and daily practices truly are.

I immersed myself in yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, essential oils, and holistic wellness tools that slowly transformed the way our family lived and cared for ourselves.

Today, after more than 25 years of study, teaching, and lived experience, I continue sharing practical wellness practices that help people feel more grounded, supported, and connected in everyday life.

Around here, wellness is not about perfection.
It is about awareness, supportive community, and small daily practices that truly matter.
